Hey, I am Alex!
I currently work as a head of growth at CodePhusion, a company building custom software for biotech labs.
Background
I studied Applied Linguistics at Constantine the Philosopher University in Nitra. For years I figured I would work in languages. I interpreted for the OSCE during the 2019 Ukrainian parliamentary elections.
Instead, I went to work at software companies, on the business side. I started in lead generation at Stfalcon, spent a year and a half as an SDR at Softcery, and later joined CodePhusion, first on partnerships and then heading growth.
Outside Work
I am at the gym most days. The rest of my time goes to picking up new topics and reading everything I can find on them. Lately that has been AI and data analysis, which I am also learning alongside Python and SQL.
